Sorry to be so nosy...but did you self diagnose a yeast infection?
Especially if this is your first experience with it, you need to be cautious about treating yourself with over the counter cream.
Perhaps seeing your physician/gynecologist would be better.
There are different types of infections that would require different medications.
Jmo, but you would be safer to be checked, treated, then think about having sex.
Either way, please have your boyfriend use a condom.
