It sounds like she may have some self esteem issues and may feel more comfortable or validated by male attention. A lot of women who do this feel like they don't "get along" with other women or that other women are catty and jealous. I myself have a problem with this, although I don't act snobby towards other women I just feel more self conscious and for me that takes the form of being shy and anti-social which sometimes comes across to other women as being *****y or not wanting to talk to them. With men it's much easier for me to handle myself because if all else fails I can go straight to being flirtatious which comes much more naturally to me.

I would say ignore her and realize that she probably has issues just like everyone else. I've been there, I have met lots of women who are just plain mean or snobby but I have come to understand that it's probably less about me and more about their own insecurities.
