I know things are really, really difficult right now  . On the bright side if you hang in there just a few more years you'll be old enough to get the hell out of there and then you won't have to deal with the foster care system anymore, and you'll be free to go wherever you want and your abusers can't possibly live everywhere in the world.
Just remember that you are human and you are cared about
