Just getting to this post today but I wanted to say that I'm sorry you felt embarrassed by your post. You were open about where you were and no one looks down on you for feeling awful from having such vivid and distressing nightmares. My goodnes, I've had friends in the same boat and believe me, I'm very sorry you're going through this.
