Well, first of all...I have done much research on the airline industry and the airlines themselves and I have to say...with all the problems that aircraft have today in a company that charges $500 and up for a ticket, I don't think I'd be caught dead...or alive on an aircraft that only charges $1.00 for a ticket anywhere!! 
This being said, NO...I would not pay to pee. I think this is a ridiculous idea and if it ever comes down to this then I will merely remain in my seat and pee my pants. It's always pretty cold on airplanes anyway so the nice warm feeling you get when you pee yourself would be nice! 
Maybe when the airlines start realizing how much money they would spend on replacing their seats, they will stop charging to pee.
