I used to fear being embarrassed until I realized that people get embarrassed every day and it is normal and I made a big deal out of it and this is what causes the distress. So now I get embarrassed and I don't make a big deal out of it and now I don't fear it anymore.
Just focus on what you need to do and don't waste time worrying about these other things. Focus and don't allow your mind to go there!
