Just focus on what you need to do and don't waste time worrying about these other things. Focus and don't allow your mind to go there!

That's great advice, thanks! I definitely think it makes my panic attacks worse when I go out. The constant thoughts of what people will think about me if I do pass out, get sick, fail at something, etc. I am going to try to look at it your way today!
