It's a support forum. Posts should always be supportive, even when they may be saying something we disagree with. Remember, we can't see exactly how a post was intended. So while we may read something as being critical, it's also possible the poster was meaning it to be supportive (but it didn't come out that way).

Since there's no way to tell (except through the use of smileys and such), I encourage folks to express their opinions, but try to be sensitive that others may not be in as strong a place as you are right now. Put things in gentler terms when uncertain, and don't assume what works or what worked for you is going to work for everyone.

If we just keep in mind that everyone who is here is struggling with something, I think we can keep this place a nice, supportive community.
