You don't feel awake until nighttime but you take your ADD meds in the morning? That's interesting. Not sure what other meds you take but perhaps something needs to be adjusted. What anti-depressant are you on? Maybe that's whats causing the problem.

I take Adderall XR and my routine is to take it in the morning and go back to sleep for about one hour. Then I am ready to wake up. If I don't take it I'll be asleep on and off all day and will never seem to wake up.
