i'm here if you want to talk about anything--any time. i'm sorry for the hard stuff. My last t appointment was hard too. i keep pushing it away cuz it's too hard to think about but that's what i do too well. Push it all away.

Sometimes we need to go through the hard stuff to feel better later and long term. i'm sorry it's so hard though beads. i wish i could take the owies away.
