Anyone ever waited weeks for T to get back from vacation and then had a totally useless session?

Ok, so I made myself turn up to the session but that was about all that was achieved. Lots of silence, lots of internal dialogue, no progress whatsoever.

Feeling useless but suspecting that I'm not the first one to feel this way. I hate it when I don't have all the answers.
