Just means you're feeling differently the two times you took it. There's almost 300 points possible so 35 or so points is not that great a change? It's your own "opinions" of how you feel so just thinking to yourself positively/negatively for a few hours could make a change. I find it fun to experiment with; go read a good/positive book and retake it and see what happens?
