canit be possible to train your brain to nott see or hear or think a halucination or a delusion - by sheer will power or by repetition or like giving up smoking or a 12 step thing? to filter out psychotic stuff but still be able to have an imagination? and then how do you pick out what is really not real from whats a new real insight ? i know its a lot of questions maybe i shoulddddd number them.
