I agree w/ "ok"........I understand what you're saying; I know this disorder(s) make you think that you are not making any sense (that's a drag, but one of things that you have to try to "dance around" w/ trying to make this disorder make sense in the first place)
It's always scary, confusing and frustrating when you're starting to move on & get better............BUT that's why you should keep talking to us........you sense to "us" (I've got 9).......and yes, it's a scary ride, but you have all of us who are pulling for you!
