My mom has always been extremely open about everything in her life to me and my brothers. She was like that with him because she didn't want us to choose him over her. She didn't want us to abandon her like dad supposedly did. But since she was never very good to me when they were together I don't think she had the right to try and take me from him in the way that she did.
