I have always taken good care of my teeth. But I had to have a bunch of them surgically removed and i found out that I have a rare genetic gum diesese. There was one doctor who was wanting to remove my jaw and replace it with a $20,000 plastic thing But i went for a second opinion and I had 6 removed and then the rest bonded which was way cheaper. I also found out that the diesese was contained to the ones he removed. your right diabetes might have something to do with it. I would ask my doctor about it though before i got too worried.
