I know I have posted here a million times regarding my PMS anxiety but I really need some help.
It's like over night my brain switches and I have very very bad anxiety. To the point I cannot even go outside. The anxiety increases my paranoia levels and causes me to over medicate to reduce the symptoms.
I've heard of eating chocolate bars, drinking tea,.....list goes on.
If anyone else suffers and I do mean SUFFERS from PMS anxiety please let me know. And tell me what works best for you.
