Based upon your answers, you appear to be in good mental health.

Congratulations! You may experience specific mental health concerns, relationship issues, or other issues that come up from time to time in your life, but your overall mental health score suggests that you deal with these well. Well, smoking and eating are intertwined with me.
I quit for two years and gained @ 40 pounds.
Started smoking again and lost 35.
Quit again for three months and gained 10 pounds!
I relapsed last week and started taking my chantix three days ago.
Don't know what I'm going to do about this, cuz, I'm pre-diabetic, so, I can't afford to gain the weight.
But, I'm also asthemetic! So, I can't smoke! OY!
Stuck between a rock and a hard place here...

Anyway, I'm healthier than I thought I was! LOL! YEA!!!

Peace!
