Had a very good weekend. Was able to contain all the emotions that needed to be contained. Went clothes shopping with a friend, to a flea market and yard sales with H, out to dinner with friends---good conversations, no heavy stuff, good food, first cookout of the year......

Now I'm home........continuing to work on containment. It's harder at home...
