When I am at work or in public, walking works well for me. I will walk to the farthest restroom, as we have several.
I notice each step and I focus on the sole of my foot and the entire process of the step; how my heel makes contact first, then the rest of my foot to toes. Sometimes sitting I can just wiggle my toes and feel grounded and relaxed.
