I think the best thing to do is simply talk to your mom about it. She's trying to help, and is smothering you like you were a kid with a thermometer stuck in your mouth. But depression is a different type of illness, and that's what she doesn't understand.
Talk to her about this. I know it's tough, and describing how you feel to someone who doesn't get it can be tough. I think she's only trying to help, but if you feel as though she is pressuring you to feel better now you need to tell her that this will only make it worse.
I would also suggest some things for her to look up online so maybe she can really understand what is going on with you.
