Im not really sure.. we didnt get to do the EMDR I have wanted to do for the last month or so..... she said for the SI i just need to use the techniques that work not to do it - hmm I would be doing that if I could - I think - dunno - confused - I think she thinks im fixed... maybe I am... maybe I just dont know it lol
i can see another T at her practice - my funding is still good..... but now I feel like I would be wasting their time ......
shes not leaving as soon as we thought so I have managed to get another appt to get the EMDR done - but if Im fixed i shouldnt need it anyway....
I just feel really sad.... shouldnt though - Im fixed Lol
