I am so glad to hear you had a good day today. It is surprising how a med can make so much difference that you can start living again....wonderful when a mirical like that happens. I bet it feel good to be a "normal human" again?

Don't worry about the benzos....I was taking them for 10 yrs before going off of them cold turkey & never had a problem....only thing was that they quit working so I quit taking them hoping that if I ever needed them in the future they would start working again.

I do hope that by having a good day, that you don't overdo while feeling so good. I make that mistake weekly & then pay for it for the next few days. Be good to yourself & get a good sleep so you have some energy for the next day & the day after that.....etc.
