This is one time your pdoc can't help. YOu need an obgyn.
They will not be surprised about anything you have to say. Yes they will ask about your sex life and no, they won't care what the answer is. Just tell the truth.

I honestly cannot remember what the meds were. It was almost 30 years ago. I'm sorry. But, I'm equally certain that there's plenty of newer meds that you would get today too!

You can ask your pdoc for a reference if that will help you get over the hump, but, do it and please, do it quickly! No one here can diagnose you. But, no one here wants you to suffer needlessly either.
