I have a part that is an abuser.......
Had T today and my T worked with this part... it didn't go well.
Now this part is abusing me and taking his anger out on me........
T called and made an agreement with him..... he won't hurt me if T didn't bother us for 1 week......
He is not following his part of the agreement......
Scared to ask for help from T again.....
I have no protectors inside.....they are all scared of him.........
not sure what to do at this point.......I don't want to be hurt anymore.......
I didn't do anything wrong.....
