Ok. I am sooooooooooo frustrated. I've been exercising so much this week. I try to do at least 30-40 minutes each day aerobic exercise burning around 300 calories. AND IVE GAINED WEIGHT. I"m so sick of this. No its not muscle. I feel squishier than ever. I can't fit into my jeans. I am sooooo mad because I'm trying my best to lose weight the healthy way. What am i doing wrong.
