I would have never known of the cases in my county and the next one over if I had not looked on my local news.
we are located in the middle of nowhere so we do not get alot of news coverage here.
You are right anxiety and paranoia does cause panic.
Knowledge does not thou,.
It gives us all the tools we need to know.

Plus the WHo does not react to everything.
