I'm sorry you're feeling scared and alone. And I'm sorry you went through something horrible when your husband was in Ohio...
I was just thinking, do you have a friend or family member that could come stay with your over the weekend, or could you go stay with them?
The other question I had...
You said your husband's Mother planned this trip? Did she not invite you? Why is he not taking you with him? 
Maybe write out a list of projects you could work on to keep yourself busy over the weekend. That might help keep your mind of things!
