Usually an anti-depressant is good for both anxiety & depression. I've always been on anti-depressants except for Remeron, and for a short time was on klonopin and ativan. (Not the same time).

Sometimes getting a book on anxiety can help you understand it better. Maybe you need an up on meds? Maybe something new all together?

Is there alot of stress going on right now that be making your anxiety etc worse?

What were you thinking when you were eating? Maybe a sudden thought that you were not aware of triggered it... it could be the smallest thought...

I am going to give you a fantastic book that helped me with this.

Don't Panic by. R.Ried Wilson ph.d

Go out and get it, it's fantastic... solved alot of my problems...
