Hey silversparrow. My periods always have felt like that. I get pains in my abdomen back and legs. when I was about 13 my doc put me on orthoevra to regulate them because they were really irregular. Now they are regular but I have heavy flow for about 6 days and the pain is awful. Sometimes I can't even get out of bed it hurts so much
