My mom used to always make this hot pudding-y stuff for my dad, and until I bought this book I never knew it's an actual Norwegian dish. It's called Rommegrot. It's boiled cream, flour, and salt, topped with butter and sprinkled with salt and sugar.
That was really interesting to find out.
Do I haaaaaaaaaave to shine the sink? First I have to get all of the dishes out of it. (I thought the idea of the tub under the sink for the dirty dishes was a good one).
