I read that this is actually signifigantly high, i am afraid of talking to people in person i have a problem socially. However, i have no problem venting my problems on the keyboard or a journal, does anyone know any therapy ways to help myself that does not involve a professional? I just feel like if i went to one it would just stir up more problems and memorys that i dont want to remember.
