I feel good da da da da da da da!

I knew that I would now!

Ok P7 has not finally lost it ... (maybe ) I have been having a hard time - so I wanted to let you know that today after pdoc - I feel good!

Pdoc did a deep relaxation thingy with me today AND IT WORKED ! when I went in I was panicky - hands shaking - almost losing it - wanting to run out of the Dr's office - after the relaxation thingy (visualisation) I felt better - like I will actually sleep tonight

then I went out with my sister and went to a mind body spirit exhibiton - had Reiki? healing, a blessing and did a free meditation session and I feel good!

YIPPEE ! it may be 9.30pm and tomorrow may suck - but today was great!!!!

Good old Pdoc (actually young pdoc ) I am sooooo glad I found him I you all
