I don't think you NEED to see another Psychic. They will gladly take your money and give you information which may or may not be accurate, but either way, it will most likely just end up with you being more confused than you are now.
Besides...I think that you already know the answers to your questions. You have answered them several times throughout your responses to others posts. 
You have stated a couple times that this person emotionally, psychologically, and physically in a very real sense, holds you hostage from doing the things in life that make your life worthwhile. YOU have let him imprison your artistic self, YOU have allowed him to imprison you from your family, your own twin; who could possibly be more of a soul mate than her? And it seems as though you are looking for people to say that this is okay and that there is a good reason for you to allow this kind of relationship to continue when it is poisoning your soul.
