i think it depends on what you mean by "love"

to me, though, friendships can be forged online, really strong ones at that too. even if it's only through a computer screen, you can still get to know someone, and they can know you. it's nice, in a way, being friends with someone who doesn't know your name, who doesn't have to hear your voice or see your face to know that you're friends. i know people online who i trust more than people irl and i guess i can only hope things last between us.

"love", i don't know, that word means different things to different people.
