I remembering see one of these in another forum and I thought it was a wonderful idea.

For anyone at all, that I have not apologized to, for in anyway disturbing your mind, triggering your symptoms, failing to see your point of view or in anyway causing discomfort for you or your dear friends, then I sincerely apologize and beg for your forbearance.

I am just another flawed human being, with warts, with triggers, with a temper, and also with a kind and loving heart.
