Lauren, I don't know what to say to help, but want to send you hugs.

Is there anyone you could go stay with until you can feel safe again, or until Joe is home? Can you call your therapist, to at least have someone to talk to?
Like I said, I'm not really sure how to help, but I hope you stay safe, and get through this.
