I prefer studio cuts in all types of music, with the wonderful world of tech. it is nice to gain more clarity of instrumental and vocal vs live.
Filters, balancing, enhancments . . . amazing what man and tech. can do
Maybe cause I'm "old", I can't see paying out that kind of money for concerts these days
