I'm sorry you ended up being angry with T - but I am sure he is NOT angry with you - from what you have told me - he will not be angry.

I am sorry you lost your post - I hate it when that happens Grrrrrr computer gremlins!!!!

Somtimes therapy sucks! but a very wise person (you) once told me that it is at these very times that a breakthrough can be made when the rupture is talked about and ultimately mended.

I will sit with you as long as you need me to - Ive brought hot chocolate (theres a surprise!) lots of cuddlies, a pillow to punch if you feel the need! a warm furry blanket and all of your friends - geez I'll need a really really big room!
