On the 28th of this month ill have my first every appointment with a psychiatrist/psychologist. Im a little nervous because i dont know what to expect. Im not very good with face to face conversations with people about my problems. If anyone can give me some advice on what to expect that would be great. Thanks in advance, Rachie
