i'm a shaver, i just feel better that way, freer in all essence..haha. anyway, always use shaving cream or you'll get in grown hairs, as far as the itching, that's normal when it's growing back, and it might be irritated if you scratching it. try not to. if it's real irritating put some sensitive lotion on it, but keep it away from your va jay jay because the lotion might irritate that.
