I'm not sure I have any words of wisdom for you except to bear in mind that the way you feel now is not and doesn't have to be a constant state of being. Sometimes just remembering that it's possible to feel something other than the melancholy the depression forces on me gives me enough strength to push myself to do the things I need to in order to feel better. I know right now you probably don't feel like it, but if you can do a self check-up on the basics -- are you eating properly, have you had enough sleep, enough sunlight, a little exercise (even just a walk around the block), maybe some self-indulgence like a bubble bath or a favourite dessert -- can go a long way in giving you enough strength to get yourself going again. The other thing that helps for me when I'm not sure why I'm feeling the way I am or what I want to say about it is to write things down. Sit down for five or ten minutes and write down anything and everything that comes to mind, from the fact you can hear the clock ticking in the hall to that you're feeling sleepy to that your back aches to what you might like for lunch, and eventually some of the feelings you thought you couldn't express might come out too. Try not to let your pen stop for a set amount of time and see what you come up with. Maybe you can take that to your T next time you're in and she can help you figure out what's going on with you right now? Hope this helps.

Bring on the wonder, we got it all wrong,
we pushed you down deep in our souls, so hang on.
Bring on the wonder, bring on the song,
I pushed you down deep in my soul for too long.
