Oh yea, it gets worse from there.

I got a call from the electric company last week telling me that the check the guy wrote was bad & I had until Thursday to get them the money......like I have no money.....I can't make up the money....don't have a printing press like the US government.....not only that, they wanted that $556 & another $117 on the monday....then another $305 by the 17th & another $235 by the 31st.....all the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their crappy unit they sent to have put in my house & the stupid guy who installed it screwed up. I called he guy immediately & he assured me he would take care of it Thursday morning.....when I called him Thursday morning.....he said yep....I took care of it......so Friday morning.....I don't pay attention to the fact my internet went down & then all of a sudden, my computer quit....thinking what the????

Yep....they shut off my electricity.....cause the guy never got in the check......had told me that right after he wrote the check that he lost his check book & there were checks written against it.......so what was his excuse for not taking care of it & telling them he would have in in by 9am.....then he would have it in by 9am on Friday (all unknown to me)......so he never got the check in....when I called him madder than h$)), he told me....they said they weren't going to shut it off......duh......but no, he didn't have the money in his bank....all he had was $300 & he needed money for the weekend.....so I could live on no money & still have to pay the electric bill......It's a good thing he wasnt anywhere close to me at that point.....so he promised he would have the money to me the next tuesday morning & he was doing me a favor by paying my electric....LIKE I DON"T THINK SO. IF it wasn't for his stupid incompetence in the first place, I wouldn't be having this problem.....not only that, but he still won't get e the paperwork I need to have to take to my lawyer....I know he's covering up something.....he had promied the paperwork.....(all the receipts so I can prove that it was a manufactur defect & that they sent out the wrong compressor & that the right compressor was on back order (at least that was the story he told me).....thinking that story was a lie as much as everything else cause now he's telling me.....blah blah blah...privacy act....blah blah....I don't have to give you that information.....yep.....knowing he's lying big time......the war goes on....except I blew up at him last night.....yesterday Tuesday....supposed to get me the money in the morning so I can cover my check.....

He called my friend & told him he was out of town, taking a car out of town & would be back in the afternoon. I called in the afternoon & he was in the hospital with his friend Tommie who was having a heart attack. I called him back to find out what hospital he was at & I would come get the check.....he was in Cinciniti. I left a voice mail that told him I was going to be taking him to court as it was plain that he was cheating & lying........He called back & said how he was doing me such a favor paying my electric bill in the first place.....& how if he was going to cheat me, he wouldn't even answer his phone....told him con artists & compulsive liers do the same thing he was doing...they always answer their phone & BS their way through everyhing with lies......so I had no intention of believing anything he said..when I told him if he wanted me to believe him they he was going to have to prove it because he hadn't done one thing he said he was going to do...not only that but would call & say he was going to be there & never show up.

I AM SO MAD>>>>>TODAY IS LAWYER DAY EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE AN APPOINMENT!!!!!!!

I can't handle this any more....I can't communicate with him....he is a total moron.....there i something wrong with this guys mind as I have only deal with one other stupid guy as bad as him....& that was the stupid painter that painted & messed up my house......I am only using people who give me references & who come back with all outstandings...sadly after he started doing my heatpump system....I could tell all he was doing was throwing buzz words around without knowing anything....it was obvious to even me whodoesn't know anything about heat pumps...not only that but he couldn't explain how they work.

This is causing my anxiety lever to be so high I am not handling it well. Last Friday, I finally talked to the district manager of the electric company & he told me how they were being so kind with what they were requiring.....I told him that was BS & that I didn't have the money & they could just leave the electric off until I got it settled cause I didn't have the money....they kept forcing & forcing & they still want more than I have each month to pay......I AM READY TO HIT SOMETHING SO HARD IT WILL DO PERMANENT DAMAGE (IF NOT BETTER).

I am really loosing it right now.....I am pushed to the end of my rope & it's not a good idea to push me to that point.....cause I'm out for blood when people treat me like this....I have had too many time where I have had to walk away & loose....it isn't going to be this time....I don't have the money it the first place....THIS IS WAR
