Hey Eskie. I might be wrong in saying this, but i absolutely know the anger and frustration your going through. When i had the problem with Murphy Oil. It took me just a few minutes online to find their main office in Arkansas. I called and called, must have been 20 times in a row till they got sick of transferring me to someone else and someone else that they finally put me through to the president of Murphy Oil. I told him exactly what the hell was going on and I expected this to be taken care of at this very moment and if it wasnt i was calling the police and having every single one of those workers behind my house arrested. He thanked me for calling and informing him of this situation. I hung up and within 10 minutes 3 suits from the local Murphy Oil company here were at my front door. They removed the crane out back, removed all of the workers. Took pictures of the damage to the house. And made sure the problem would not happen again. And it did not.

I'm just suggesting calling both the electric company and the company with the faulty compressor and dont stop calling, even if it takes you all damn day. Don't hang up on them. Let them hang up on you. And call right back and demand to speak to the president of the company. Don't quit to you get to him. When you do, make sure he knows exactly the position you've been put in and why.

I did not curse or act ugly towards him. But i did in a strong manner of voice get my point across.

And as far as that guy impersonating as a licensed HVAC. You should call the police and have him arrested. See how he likes that.

I really hope you kick all three in the butt. They all owe you much more than an apology.

If you need anything, just let me know.
