A best friend of a best friend (I personally didn't know him that well) is now in the hospital in critical condition. From what I've heard so far is that he was picking up some wood (he works construction) when he dropped his pile. As he was getting it a car creamed him and of course after that sped the heck out of there as fast as he could. Apparently he's also "died" twice, but was revived both times. This kid, I don't know him very well, but he is best friends with some on my best friends, and they are really shocked/crushed/enraged by the news. From my own experience he is a really nice guy, that he magically seems to meet you wherever you go, sort of goofy...but waaay more down to earth then all of my other friends and I... sometimes he can be a little annoying because of these things, and that he's oblivious to this though... he's sort of an indescribable guy as far as personality goes...he's just him.

An update: apparently the people at the hospital told my friend that he "isn't going to make it". Somehow the news is surprising.
