I'm not sure if you are still dealing with this, but odds are you will again soon. Flax seed, crushed, is good for PMS, 1-2 T. You can try it added to yogurt or cottage cheese for more bang for your buck or you can add it to a glass of water, stir, and drink...quickly lol...
