Jme, but reapply for VA benefits re your fractures and for therapy for the PTSD.
Also, check out the IAVA website...they have valuable information that may be of use to you. IAVA is Iraq/Afghanistan Vets of America. They have done much to increase benefits but one of the biggest things, just my opinion, is the peep-to-peer support.
