It was the front page headline of today's Daily Herald here in Suburban Chicagoland: "What Cops Cocka-doodle-doo". Cops in Dundee, IL went on a cockamanie chase this week after a new jail bird. The culprit was charged with noisemaking and police found him shaking his tail feathers at them from half-way up a blue spruce tree. Evidently this guy can fly.
