What I would want her to do:

Give hugs and not retire

What she does:

Lets me email and responds (even though i know she doesn't like having to respond to lots of email in her job).

Even though she won't literally hug me, she does visualizations with me of her holding the little girl part of me.

Goes to conferences and reads books to find ways to help me.
