......I do group once a week,at the va...then a one on one with an expert in traumatic stress......then another one on one..........in the same week....for quite a few years now........but I'm alive......and feeling peace..

get the paperwork started.......ssdi....ssi......if ya cant work.....for ptsd...but ya gotta see the experts......in the civillian world.....or the va...I have experiance in both va and civillian world......

I filed for c&p too, threw the va........got it started quite a few years ago....still have not had my hearing......yet....been denied a few times

....and flip threw some of the posts....help me to calm down a little.....I get taking the body over flashbacks..........but I have not had one for a couple years now.......thank god......

...................it can be managed.....and peace can happen.........


.........and dont hurt yourself or anybody else....if gets to bad...go to the hospital.............please.......
